Conditions

You must be 18 or over to attend the seminar, and you must bring proof of current BAB insurance. If you do not have BAB insurance, please contact Sensei David. Without insurance, you will not be able to train. In the extremely unlikely event that times and location for the seminar change, we will notify you as soon as we can by phone or email. We do not, though, accept any responsibility for travel costs you may incur due to these changes.

Legal stuff

Services, such as this seminar booking, are sold subject to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.  These regulations give EU consumers certain extra rights over and above their ordinary statutory consumer rights. There is a 7 working day 'cooling off' period for all orders. This means that money paid for services can be refunded up to 7 working days after payment. After this cooling off period, no refunds will be available and no cancellations will be accepted.  This cooling off' period is subject to one limitation.  If the seminar is to take place less than 7 working days after payment, then a 'cooling off' period does not apply. By clicking on 'UK Card', 'International' or 'Paper & Cheque' on this page, you accept this limitation.

Booking methods

UK credit/debit card bookings are processed by our secure payment provider, Nochex. We do not see your credit card details. Please double check that the Nochex page is a secure page before entering your card details. We will email you confirmation of your booking when we receive payment from Nochex. Please contact us if you do not receive this confirmation within 48 hours.

International credit card bookings are processed using our alternative secure payment provider, Paypal. Again, we do not see your credit card details. Please check that the Paypal page is a secure page before entering your card details. We will email you confirmation of your booking when we receive payment from Paypal. Please contact us if you do not receive this confirmation within 48 hours.
