Sensei Daniel is a highly experienced aikidoka. He started his study of aikido in 1968. He studied under Noro Sensei and Tamura Sensei before following Saito Sensei from 1992. He was awarded his 6th Dan by Saito Sensei in 2002. He travelled many times to study in Iwama. He is the head of The Fundamental Aikido Association and has more than 30 affiliated dojos in Europe and North Africa, with many thousands of students. Sensei will be teaching Taijutsu on
Friday and Bukiwaza (Iwama-style weapons techniques) on Saturday.

Anyone with proof of current public liability insurance to train aikido (preferably BAB) who is 18 or over.
What do you need to bring?
Bokken and Jo as well as proof of insurance. If you do not bring proof of insurance, you will not be able to train. There are limited shopping facilities near the dojo, so it would also be advisable to bring some lunch and other refreshments.
