ARF membership renewal

In order to renew your ARF membership, you must do two things

1. Pay the membership fee of £20. This can be done in one of two ways.

• By cash at one of the classes
• On-line via our shop. (£1 credit card fee payable)
  

2. Complete this form and give it Sensei Phil or Sensei David.

All forms and payment must be received by Wednesday 17th February.
